How to fix the issue when pairing is failed?
Please follow the use instructions carefully. Make sure both your earphones and GuliKit Bluetooth adapter are set into pairing mode. Normally long pressing your earphone is turning it into pairing mode with fast led flashing.
If pairing is not successful, please reset the Bluetooth adapter by pressing both A & B buttons for 4 seconds,all leds will light up and then off. Next please try to pair again.

If you use the USB C to A adapter with the Bluetooth adapter, please make sure to plug the USB C to A adapter with force deep into the USB A port of dock,PC,PS4/PS5 consoles for good connection.
For good compatibility, the USB A male port of USB C to A adapter can be plugged two ways freely,similar like USB C port. Again remember to plug this USB C to A adapter with force,otherwise the connection might be weak.

Why the microphone of earphones can not be used for voice chat?
For high game audio quality and stereo, the microphone of Bluetooth earphone is not supported to use with our Bluetooth adapters. Because of Bluetooth's channel bandwidth limitation, voice quality will drop to mono soundtrack with lots of quality loss if the microphone of earphone is used for voice chat in gaming.
Voice chat mode in Bluetooth protocol is only good for mobile communication,not good for game play.

Why there is delay when I use with my headset?
To realize low delay transmission by atpX or aptX LL protocol,your Bluetooth headset needs to be equipped with atpX or aptX LL technology. Our Route+,Route Air all support SBC,aptX and aptX LL protocols. aptX LL is the patented CRS technology by Qualcomm for its lowest delay in audio transmission.
It is best for Bluetooth audio in games if earphone has aptX LL. You will have more delay if your earphone just has SBC technology which is just common Bluetooth protocol with more delay than aptX and aptX LL. 
Route+,Route Air will auto connect with the best protocol that your earphone supports. 

How to switch between different Bluetooth protocol connections?
Route+,Route Air will auto connect with the best protocol that your earphone supports. It is not recommended to switch between different Bluetooth protocol connections.
Anyway if your earphone supports any two or all of SBC、aptX、aptX LL and use Route Air, you can switch between different connection modes by double pressing on the connected A or B button.
If your earphone only supports SBC, double pressing for mode switch might cause no audio output.

Why does the sound sometimes stutter when connected?

1.Due to the particularity of Bluetooth signal transmission and size limitation, TWS earphones normally have weaker signal strength and anti-interference ability compared with ordinary Bluetooth earphones.

2.Due to the nature of wireless technology itself on Bluetooth headset, there might be issues of disconnection or delay caused by telectromagnetic interferences in air sometimes.
When this happens, you can try to shorten the distance between the Bluetooth headset and the Bluetooth transmitter or move to a new area for use.

3.Please reset the Bluetooth adapter by pressing both A & B buttons for 4 seconds,all leds will light up and then off. Next please try to pair again.
